Automatic disc type ultrasonic welding machine for use:
Ultrasonic welding: ultrasonic vibration with ultrasonic welding mold, the ultrasonic energy transmission to the plastic surface welding, so produce local high temperature, make the plastic surface melting. Under the pressure of the ultrasonic welding machine, make two pieces of plastic to weld, beautiful and strong effect.
Ultrasonic implantation: to place nuts, screws, or other metals into plastic workpieces. The ultrasonic energy is transmitted to metal by an ultrasonic machine. After heat generation by high speed vibration, the metal is directly embedded into the plastic under the pressure of the ultrasonic machine.
Ultrasonic spot welding: welding using miniature ultrasonic machine, two pieces of plastic products into multiple spot welding, or welding the first row of dentate direct pressure on the two plastic parts, so as to achieve the effect of ultrasonic welding.
Ultrasonic riveting: the metal and plastic or two pieces of different nature of plastic joint, can use ultrasonic machine riveting method, make welding parts is not easy to brittle, beautiful and strong.
